CANCELLATION POLICY

Without proper notice of cancellation, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Please understand this policy is in effect to support and respect our talented stylists and their time here at the salon. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment are subject to a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. Cancellations 24 hours or less before your appointment are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Last minute service changes may be subject to adjusted pricing. Clients who cancel more than twice may be required to submit a deposit up to 100% of the total cost of services requested when booking future appointments. This deposit is nonrefundable and will go towards the services reserved. Any remaining balance will be due during the appointment booked. At stylist discretion, a reschedule may be necessary if you are more than 15 minutes tardy for your appointment.
