For as long as he can remember, Danny has had an interest in hair and traditional style. He began his career in hair 32 years ago in Houston, TX. He has worked in San Fransisco, Denver, and Albuquerque. After moving back to Austin in 2013, he started working at Bob Salon then moved to Layer Beauty Boutique 6 years ago. Dan has had extensive education in cutting, coloring, and specialized highlighting techniques. Dan has attended workshops with Wella Pro hair color along with cutting courses with various specialists. Dan approaches color and cutting from a simple and elegant perspective with special attention to client lifestyles, taking time to listen to their wants and adapting a style that reflects them. Dan finds time to stay ahead of the current trends and is always eager to learn new things.
